What you could provide as a CSP:
As a Customer Service Representative you will have the following responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries – clarify information the customer provides as well as locate and provide needed information – this may be over the phone or via email!

Provide empathy and support – sometimes people just need someone to talk to!

Take inbound calls
-
Interact with other departments on behalf of the customer – customers feel taken care of when you save them the hassle of making an extra phone call by communicating with another department, if possible
-
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities – if one of our companies comes out with a new product, you will be one of the first trained on the specifications in order to provide the best service available!
What we need from our CSP:

At least 18 years old
-
High school diploma with some college
-
No experience required
-
Effective communication skills – these are necessary to provide customer service that is both professional and courteous
-
Ability to learn our organization’s products and services – we allow every opportunity to learn about our products and feel confident when you are speaking to customers!

Minimal computer skills, including by not limited to: e-mail systems, internet applications, and keyboarding skills
-
Ability to work in a team environment – we want you to provide and receive support from your fellow team members!

Organizational skills – at times, multiple tasks may need to be completed; this is where your organizational skills can be utilized!

Ability to achieve 100%
